How can you tell the size of the foot?
- Place a piece of paper on the floor and then stand on it barefoot, making sure your heel is against the wall.
- Draw around the shape of your foot, then repeat with the other foot.
- Measure both feet in a straight line starting from the end of the heel to the longest tip of the thumb.
- Add about 0,5-1 cm to the length of the longer foot. Compare the result with the size table.

The length of the insoles should match the length of your foot. Perform the measurements standing up, ideally standing with your heel against the wall. Measure the foot from heel to longest finger.
