Exchange

For changing your item(s), please contact us on info@coqui.shoes and include:

  • number of order
  • item(s), that you would like to change
  • item(s), that you would like to get

Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure the return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return. In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all delivery and collection costs.

Returns

Once we have received the item(s) and checked that it/they comply with the requirements as detailed above, COQUI will refund the price you paid for the item(s). If you request a return within the term of 14 days after the day on which you received the goods COQUI will refund the initial delivery costs.  As COQUI has a longer return period (30 days), if you wish to return an item after the term of 14 days after the day on which you received the goods, but before the expiry of the 30 days term, COQUI is entitled to deduct the initial delivery costs. Direct costs of returning the item(s), will be paid by you except in case of manufacturing default or quality issue where COQUI is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).

You may exercise your withdrawal right by providing us with the corresponding form that you will find here or contacting our customer service department.

If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which COQUI is responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid within 10 working days. The refund will be made automatically to the credit card or account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by the customer.
